Twittering with the birds

I could see Twitter being useful in a short concentrated burst for a specific part of a
topic maybe where there is a short time frame or if students are out in the field and and reporting back live action or results of some sort of study or experiment.

What's with the title?

This was one of the odder library collections that I have struck in my travels. And they lend them out!
